12 stall mare motel - 12x12 stalls with a 12' center aisle - can be configured many different ways and is brand new. Delivered in late Oct., 2007.

You will notice the extra rail at the bottom of each stall. Normally this comes with only four rails. I also ordered it "siding ready" so you could put T1-11 siding on the entire outside if you wish. Both of these extra items were at an additional charge. I was told when I ordered extra rail that people with ponies often select this option.

I'm getting out of the horse business so this is an opportunity to purchase a less expensive horse barn which typically doesn't require permits to install.
